Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the original packing is tampered with, the return will not be processed.

How the refund is made –
When a product is returned under our 2 Day return policy, a quality check is done post which the refund is credited to the source or your bank account.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /UPI/Wallet/Net Banking) Within 4-5 working days.

Battulal Jewellers reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.battulalonline.com. Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
